Peter Lee
President

Peter has worked both in the residential and commercial construction industry and has participated in the delivery of more than 300 custom and tract style homes as a Superintendent / Project Manager. He has also had his own General Contracting Firm doing residential and commercial works including residential remodels, earthquake retrofits, site work, commercial tenant improvement projects, as well as managing hundreds of energy conservation and ADA compliance upgrades for USPS. Peter has worked in the capacity of Project Manager both as an employee and independent contractor through the years for large and small construction firms and has experience in every process from estimating, value engineering, submittals, quality control, daily reports, project closeout, site supervision and training of personnel. He has managed projects up to the tens of millions of dollars and has management experience in virtually every Trade in the industry. In 2011 Peter brought MGC / NorthLink into the Facility Maintenance Service Industry and has created a synergistic family oriented Organization which is rapidly growing and emerging as a valuable and trusted resource by its Clients.

Peter has been a licensed California Contractor since 1990. He holds 4 license classifications, “A” – General Engineer, “B” – General Contractor, “C-12” Earthwork and Paving, and “C-17” Glazing. Peter is also a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. He holds his OSHA 30 certificate, 2009 NAVFAC / Army Corp. CQM Training (Construction Quality Management for Contractors) CPR / First Responder Certificate.
